Sensitive document content
Uploaded evidence stays within your authenticated case workspace. We do not sell document contents. Product analytics exclude customer names, payment-card data, communications, and extracted document text.
Service providers
ChargeProof uses infrastructure providers for authentication and storage, payments, transactional email, analytics, monitoring, and hosting. Final provider and retention details will be reflected here before commercial launch.
Your choices
You may request account or case deletion by contacting support. Applicable legal and financial retention requirements may affect the timing of some deletions.
